The services you can use on ShortlistOne, who they are for, and what each one costs.
1. AI mock interviews (for candidates): free
Practise a full interview out loud with an AI interviewer for the role you choose. You get a written, scored report with strengths and gaps, and a dashboard that tracks your scores, skills and habits over time. Free, with a monthly allowance of AI interview time.
2. Guided coaching (for candidates): free
A coaching mode where the AI explains how to phrase better answers, question by question. Free, within the same monthly allowance.
3. AI interviews for recruiters: free
A recruiter sets up an AI interview for a role and emails the candidate a link. The recruiter reads a scorecard with a score for each topic, evidence from the candidate's answers and the full transcript, and can compare candidates.
4. Mentor sessions (for candidates): priced by each mentor
Live online one-to-one and group sessions with verified mentors on interviews, resumes and career questions, on video from your dashboard. This is the only paid service. There is no fixed price: each mentor decides the price of their own sessions and some are free. The price is shown before you book and you pay it securely through PayU. 5. Mentor tools (for mentors): free
Mentors create their own sessions, set their availability and prices, and see their bookings, attendees and earnings. We charge mentors no platform fee.
